"Very Poor"
When I opened the door to the room, there was such a strong odor of Pinesole, we could not stay the night. IT was horrrible. I wanted to get reimbursed, but they would not. Horrible

We had a good stay here as we go across the country. It’s very close to the center of town and the restaurants. Very comfy and friendly staff.

The staff was amazing. We were warmly welcomed and when there was a mistake on overcharging, the staff quickly resolved the issue with no problem. The location was close to many businesses nearby and not too far of a drive from our destination: Silverwood. It was a good size room for three siblings and the room was clean. Limited option for breakfast in the morning.

Lots of parking - free breakfast but not until the office opens which is not early if you want to get on the road then you have to eat elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly at check- inThe location is perfect, it is on a main road only blocks away from downtown Coeur d'alaine, we were able to walk there and all around the waterfront and Marina. I would stay there again if they got new mattresses.

This is good motel for its price. It has convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the lake and the main street. There is small kitchen with fridge, it is clean and also was very limited breakfast provided. Very kind and positive staff.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! So close to downtown Coeur D’Alene. Within walking distance to several good eating establishments, and a grocery store. Darling older property that is tidy and well kept. Staff was helpful, we came in late. The room was clean, and we were not charged extra for having a small dog stay with us. Coffee was available in the lobby.
